Rhonda Lugar

Rhonda has extensive experience in private industry as a CFO, is a CPA, and has been with SDL Consulting since 2003. In addition to overseeing finance, human resources and IT areas at a large government contractor, Ms. Lugar is a firm believer in standards based accounting and systems practices and has assisted in ensuring companies' back office operations are ISO 9001 compliant.

During her tenure as CFO of C-CUBED Corporation, she led the transition to an ESOP owned company, the acquisition of multiple companies and sale of C-CUBED. She served as president of Computing Analysis Corporation, providing the IT infrastructure support for DARPA, prior to the company's sale to CACI.

As CEO and part owner of SDL Consulting, Ms. Lugar has successfully implemented and transitioned several government contractors to the JAMIS accounting, contracts and human resources software platforms, using a model of implementation from the inside out to reduce the time to transition.

With a focus on processes and knowledge of the M&A marketplace, she has equipped several Government Contractors for the Sales side of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Stephanie Hores

Stephanie is a CPA with a Master’s and Bachelor’s in accounting from Virginia Tech, bringing extensive expertise in systems integration, financial statement analysis, and policy adherence. She has successfully led numerous JAMIS implementations, playing a key role as the lead implementation consultant. Stephanie’s ongoing support includes developing complex cost allocations aligned with customers' indirect rate structures, delivering insightful reporting for all user levels, performing detailed job cost data analysis and reconciliations, and translating customer needs into effective system configurations. Her collaborative approach extends to contract analysis, aiding in efficient contract management within JAMIS Prime. Additionally, Stephanie is recognized for her ability to train others in these complex areas, highlighted by her presentation on allocations at the JAMIS Summit in San Diego.

As President and Partner at SDL, Stephanie is dedicated to cultivating a culture that values inclusion, teamwork, respect, innovation, hard work, continuous learning, and work-life balance.

Stephanie's software expertise includes JAMIS Prime and JAMIS Classic, MS Office, Impromptu, Investran and QuickBooks.

Steve Lugar

Steve has built and managed technical organizations and programs spanning more than 30 years in the IT field, including 19 years with Software AG, where he directed the technical training and consulting organizations. As co-founder of SDL Consulting in 2000, Steve used this experience to improve the technical infrastructures and implement complex systems for the organizations with which he worked. Most notably Steve helped CatManDo of Tampa, FL manage the explosive growth that this independent claims adjusting firm experienced through the many hurricanes of 2004-2005 and then helped build and manage their back office for over 10 years.

Samantha Spooner

Samantha brings a strong commitment to customer service by coordinating the customer support desk for the SDL staff. She performs triage on service requests and works with appropriate experts at SDL and JAMIS to provide solutions and answers in a quick and efficient manner.

Clarissa Ward

Clarissa has specialized in government contractor accounting throughout her career. She has a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and has been implementing JAMIS with SDL since 2013. As Director of Technical and Professional Services for SDL, Clarissa has greatly expanded the JAMIS ERP functionality through integrations with Velixo, GovConPay, PayChex, ADP, Maximo, Concur and many other 3rd party software products. Clarissa keeps SDL's knowledge relevant and incorporates the ever changing new technologies.

Esther Pak

Esther is an experienced CPA with a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. She thrives on complex JAMIS reporting and functional use challenges. Esther manages the SDL JAMIS Box to maintain and incorporate continuous improvement.

Catherine Odom

As a government contractor, Catherine brings to SDL her hands-on Department of Transportation and Job Cost Management experience. She has managed large DOT projects, bringing them in on-time and on budget, with a focus on close customer interface, project scheduling, material purchase coordination and 3rd party vendor management.

Josemar Garcia

Josemar has a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University.

Josemar has several years’ experience with internal government contractor accounting, handling all accounting functions.

Donna Wood

Donna has over 25 years accounting experience, most on the JAMIS software product. She brings experience from both the client side (managing large DoD Contracts and Accounting organization) and consulting side. She has implemented complex multi-branch companies on JAMIS Prime. Donna holds a BS in Accounting from Georgian Court College.

Josh Light

Josh has over 7 years of Government Accounting experience and working with JAMIS Clients. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama, and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Alabama.

Roberto Colmenares

Roberto is an ERP and CRM Integrator with over 20 years of experience. He has managed IT Infrastructure, implemented security measures, and developed customized reports and dashboards. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he holds a degree in System Engineering from Santiago Marino University and various certifications in SQL development.

Michelle Hartline

Michelle brings over 20 years of accounting knowledge to the team. As Director of Managed Accounting Services she brings efficiency and best practices gained from her experience running the accounting department for a DoD government contractor. Michelle has a BS degree in accounting from Ball State University.

Melissa Hendershot

Melissa has many years of experience in personnel administration, knowledge operations management, and training, primarily within the United States Air Force. She has also worked as a Corporate Travel Coordinator and Base Records Manager, records compliance, and database management. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Information Management.

Susan Wills

Susan was originally introduced to the JAMIS Classic software product while serving as the Manager of Finance for a mid-sized government contractor in San Diego. She has worked for the JAMIS Software Corporation and several JAMIS clients, and has many years of experience in implementing, consulting, project management, process improvement and end user education with both JAMIS Classic and JAMIS Prime.

Susan has an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.

Christi Vaassen

Christi is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 25 years of diverse experience in key accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial statement analysis. With a robust background as an Accounting Manager for government contractors, she brings extensive expertise to her role. Christi earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Old Dominion University.

Nancy Kenney

Nancy is a CPA with over 30 years’ experience. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Non-Profit accounting and an Adjunct accounting professor, and brings hands-on experience as a JAMIS user and conversion lead. Nancy holds a BS from Cornell University and MS in Accounting from Pace University. As a change improvement leader, she holds a Six-Sigma Black Belt.

Kerri Dyer

Kerri has over 7 years of Government accounting experience, both on the government contractor side and the accounting consulting side. She has a BS degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and actually loves doing accounting! She takes great satisfaction in helping others learn to use JAMIS.
