Training, Work Instructions and Videos

JAMIS Prime includes a wealth of documentation and help services as a part of the product, and we help our clients understand how to find and use all of those resources.  SDL Consulting has also developed a set of resources to augment and supplement the JAMIS Prime materials.

Training: SDL delivers custom, client-focused training to its clients either in person or via remote connection where we address your specific systems, processes, work flows and staff.

Work Instructions and Videos: SDL has developed an extensive library of material in both printed and video format that address specific processes and functions in Prime. The printable work instructions are included with our implementation services, or can be purchased independently along with the videos.
